Miranda Partners is launching a new Talent and People Advisory division, Miranda Talent Advisory (MTA), in partnership with senior executive recruiter Laura Yoldi. The new company will offer HR, recruiting, and talent advisory services to mostly Mexico-based companies, especially in the financial sector.
Miranda Partners, based in Mexico City, has quickly become a leader in consulting to the C-Suites of Mexico-focused companies since its founding four years ago. It currently serves around 80 clients, mostly listed Mexican and Latin American companies, multinationals, and investment funds, and has 55 employees. It offers services in Investor Relations, ESG, Research, Media & PR, Public Affairs, Graphic Design, Business Intelligence, Energy, Digital Consulting, and Ratings—now complemented with Talent advisory through Miranda Talent Advisory.
Laura Yoldi is a lawyer by training, specializing in financial law, and has worked with clients across the banking, investment management and fintech sectors. She has over a decade of experience in recruitment and leadership consulting; currently, she advises companies in the financial and legal services sectors on their talent strategies, market positioning, leadership transition and organizational transformation. Laura will serve as CEO of Miranda Talent Advisory, while maintaining her own independent practice.
