Our Team

Amira Abdel

Amira Abdel has more than a decade of experience in strategic communication, organizational culture, and leadership development. She has led projects focused on internal communication, change management, and cultural transformation for major national and international companies. Amira is part of the faculty at ITAM’s Executive Education programs, teaching courses on strategic management, negotiation, and leadership.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Specialization in Counseling and Human Development from Universidad Iberoamericana, a Leadership Decision Making Certificate from Harvard Kennedy School, and is a Certified Coach by the International Society of Neurosemantics. Her work integrates strategy, communication, and human behaviour to help organizations align people, purpose, and performance.
