Duncan Wood Joins Miranda Partners as Senior Advisor

Miranda Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Duncan Wood as Senior Advisor. Duncan will collaborate across Miranda’s divisions, including Media and Public Affairs.

 

Over the course of his 30-year career, he has published extensively on supply chain policy, critical minerals, Mexican politics and the broader US-Mexico relationship. Duncan was Vice President for Strategy and New Initiatives at the Wilson Center; previously, he was Director of the Center’s Mexico Institute from 2013 to 2020. Over the past decade he has served as co-chair of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Transparency and Anti-Corruption. From 1996-2012, he was a professor and the director of the International Relations Program at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) in Mexico City.

 

He received a Doctorate in Political Studies from Queen’s University, Canada, and was a Fulbright Fellow.

 

Duncan’s depth of expertise will allow him to provide unique insights for Miranda’s clients, particularly valuable in these unprecedented times.
