href=\"https:\/\/www.ey.com\/en_gl\/insights\/financial-accounting-advisory-services\/corporate-reporting-survey\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"0\"><b><span lang=\"ES-MX\">2024 EY Global Corporate Reporting Survey<\/span><\/b><\/a><span lang=\"ES-MX\">, recientemente publicado por EY. Aqu\u00ed presentamos algunos de los puntos destacados, pero recomendamos una lectura completa para quienes participan en los esfuerzos de reporteo dentro de sus organizaciones.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><b>Algunos aspectos clave del reporte<\/b><\/p><ul type=\"disc\"><li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">\u201cThe credibility of nonfinancial reporting is being undermined by greenwashing perceptions.\u201d<\/li><li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">\u201cOnly around half of finance leaders and investors surveyed think that corporates will likely achieve their stated sustainability targets (47% for finance leaders; 53% for investors).\u201c<\/li><li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">\u201cMore than half of finance leaders surveyed (55%) feel sustainability reporting in their industry faces the risk of being seen as including \u201cgreenwashing\u201d elements.\u201d<\/li><li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">\u201cMore than two-thirds of finance leaders surveyed say investors ask more questions about nonfinancial drivers of value now than two years ago.\u201d<\/li><li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">\u201cFewer than half of finance leaders think it\u2019s \u201cvery likely\u201d that their organization will deliver against their major sustainability priorities and meet stated targets, such as achieving net zero on time.\u201d<\/li><li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">\u201cAlmost three-quarters of investors surveyed (74%) say that external assurance by an independent third party would boost their confidence in the credibility and accuracy of a company\u2019s nonfinancial reporting.\u201d<\/li><li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">\u201cForty-three percent of investors surveyed employ full-time dedicated sustainability analysts\u2026Twenty-five percent of investors surveyed see the number of sustainability analysts in their organization \u201cincreasing a lot\u201d over the next two years.\u201d<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\">En un mundo cada vez m\u00e1s incierto e interconectado, prever el futuro se ha vuelto m\u00e1s complejo para los inversionistas. Los riesgos clim\u00e1ticos, las limitaciones en los recursos y las expectativas cambiantes de los grupos de inter\u00e9s est\u00e1n transformando las prioridades organizacionales, haciendo imprescindible la integraci\u00f3n de consideraciones ambientales, sociales y de gobernanza (ESG, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) en las estrategias principales de las empresas.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\">Para los inversionistas, las apuestas son igualmente altas. Necesitan transparencia y una comprensi\u00f3n clara de c\u00f3mo las empresas planean generar valor duradero mientras enfrentan estos riesgos multifac\u00e9ticos. Las organizaciones deben articular narrativas convincentes que vayan m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los indicadores financieros, destacando su capacidad para innovar, adaptarse y contribuir a un futuro sostenible. Al demostrar c\u00f3mo alinean la creaci\u00f3n de valor a largo plazo con sus compromisos de sostenibilidad, las empresas pueden ganar confianza, atraer capital y asegurar su lugar en una econom\u00eda global en constante evoluci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\">Espero que esto te haya parecido interesante.
