Recomendamos leerlo todo, ya que est\u00e1 repleto de datos y conclusiones muy interesantes, pero aqu\u00ed compartimos ocho puntos clave:<\/span><\/p><p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li class=\"x_MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst\">\u201c\u2026the business case for gender diversity on executive teams, as measured by an increased likelihood of financial outperformance, has more than doubled.\u201d<\/li><li class=\"x_MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\">\u201c\u2026leadership diversity is also convincingly associated with holistic growth ambitions, greater social impact, and more satisfied workforces.\u201d<\/li><li class=\"x_MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\">\u201c\u2026companies with diverse leadership teams continue to be associated with higher financial returns. Our expanded dataset shows this is true across industries and regions, despite differing challenges, stakeholder expectations, and ambitions.\u201d<\/li><li class=\"x_MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\">\u201cEight in ten companies now have at least one woman on their executive team, compared to less than two-thirds in 2020\u2019s Diversity Wins.\u201d<\/li><li class=\"x_MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\">\u201cWomen are least likely to hold board positions in Latin America, followed by Asia-Pacific, whilst in continental Europe, 98 percent of companies have at least one woman on the board.\u201d<\/li><li class=\"x_MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\">\u201c\u2026advanced economies in our dataset see a much higher likelihood of outperformance for executive gender diversity (at 51 percent) than do emerging economies (11 percent). This difference is even starker at board level, where the business case is more than sevenfold.\u201d<\/li><li class=\"x_MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\">\u201c\u2026companies in the top quartile for gender and\/ or ethnic diversity found that effective organizations started reaching out to talent pipelines and networks early on to identify top candidates, and actively maintained these relationships to fill upcoming board seats.\u201d<\/li><li class=\"x_MsoListParagraphCxSpLast\">\u201cGender diversity, too, is strongly correlated with impact across all components, especially at board level.\u201d<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\">Estudiar el panorama de la diversidad de las esferas corporativas globales arroja luz sobre un aspecto crucial que requiere atenci\u00f3n: la subrepresentaci\u00f3n de mujeres en los consejos y puestos directivos en M\u00e9xico.
